1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of OpenPixr. By using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
2. The service
OpenPixr provides one interface for third-party image and video generation models. Model availability, accepted parameters, processing time and output quality can change. Generative systems are probabilistic, so we do not promise that an output will match a prompt or be unique, accurate or suitable for a particular use.
3. Your content and outputs
You keep any rights you already hold in prompts and uploads. As between you and OpenPixr, we claim no ownership of your generated outputs. You give us a limited licence to store, transmit and process your content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for checking whether an output can lawfully be used, including any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual restrictions.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use OpenPixr to create, upload or distribute illegal material, child sexual abuse material or any sexualised depiction of a minor; non-consensual intimate content; material that facilitates abuse, exploitation, fraud or serious harm; unlawful impersonation or deceptive deepfakes; or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to compromise the service, evade security controls or use another person’s account. We may suspend access, preserve evidence or report matters where required by law.
5. USD balance, prices and payment
Your OpenPixr balance is a prepaid, US-dollar-denominated account balance used only to purchase OpenPixr generation services. It is not a bank account, electronic money or cash, cannot be withdrawn, and has no value outside OpenPixr. The studio shows the exact price before you submit. Generation prices are calculated at 1.7 times Atlas Cloud’s published model cost for the selected model and settings, rounded up to the nearest cent. We reserve that amount immediately and return it automatically if Atlas Cloud reports that the job failed. Payments are processed by Stripe and prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may ask to cancel an unused balance purchase within 14 days by emailing support@openpixr.com. If you ask us to supply your balance immediately and begin using it during that period, your refund may be reduced to reflect the amount already used and digital service already supplied. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Failed generations are handled through the automatic balance return described above.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep OpenPixr available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenPixr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Account closure and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or close an account for serious or repeated breach, legal risk or threats to the service. We may update these terms as the product or law changes; material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply. Contact support@openpixr.com with questions, complaints or cancellation requests.
